Calibrated Sculk Shrieker

The Calibrated Sculk Shrieker sends a saved message to listening players when it receives a redstone signal.

Crafting

A Calibrated Sculk Shrieker is crafted from three Amethyst Shards, a Sculk Shrieker, and three Crying Obsidian.

Usage

Right-clicking a Calibrated Sculk Shrieker opens a small menu to enter and save a message. The message can use Minecraft Formatting Codes with the section sign (ยง).

When saving the message, the player is automatically added to the list of listeners for that Shrieker. Any player can sneak-right-click a Calibrated Sculk Shriker to toggle whether they are listening to it or not.

When the Calibrated Shrieker recieves a Redstone signal, it chats its message to all player that are currently listening to it, from any distance, in any dimension. The chat message shows a small prefix bar for distinction, and any Calibrated Shrieker message can be clicked in chat to stop listening to that Shrieker.

When a Calibrated Sculk Shriker sends a message, it enters a two-second cooldown period, during which it cannot send another message, and ignores redstone signals.
